Preparing for an Exhibition Requires Forethought and a Good Furniture Rental Company

While planning my first exhibition booth, I became aware of the need for a furniture rental company. My partner has previously participated in exhibitions, but the space for this event is much larger than she has previously requested. So, neither of us had taken any measures to solidify a rental.

So, we began to discuss what kind of furniture we would want, if it was in fact available. After establishing that we would definitely not be happy with simple stackable, or folding chairs, we did a search for rental companies. Much to our surprise there was a supplier who had some seats which would easily make our booth a well-defined space. Now, we are actually excited about the event because we think that the furniture we found will make a strong statement and attract attention. And to think that we almost overlooked the need for seats altogether. Kinda funny how it all worked out.
