The golden rule here is simply contact one event furniture hire company that handles several of your needs. Do not, I repeat, do not scatter your requests all over the place, this requires way more work than is required. This is especially true if you have been given the task of planning the event, but you are not elated to be yoked with it. Instead of creating a difficult task, minimize the job by working smart. Plus, when you find the place that has what you want, the more you are hiring, the more leveraging power you get for a great price. The company will want as much business as you can swing their way, and you want the easiest route, and inexpensive way to complete your job. This is a definite win win situation, and one I would never approach any other way. First stop, check out the Funky Furniture Hire site, they are a chair, table, large parasol, marquee, fire pit, bean bag hire company and so very much more.

I wonder how many other people lining up a London furniture hire delivery are aware of the extra fee for what is referred to as the congestion charge. I for one was unaware of this additional expense, but I do see the rationale for it. Now, being someone who is planning an event in the London area, I just might be more cognizant of the location we ultimately select as the venue. Because, while the delivery of one thing will not break our budget if we are in the congestion zone, several different deliveries will definitely add up.
In fact, come to think of it, it is a great excuse for me to use when pushing for a more high profile locale. Now that I know about the website that tells you whether the postcode falls within, or outside of the dreaded zone, I can get support for choosing a more central spot. Kinda weird how contacting Funky Furniture Hire, a chair hire company, brought me this good news, but it is valuable.

As a musician in the UK, I have become friendly with the large parasol hire guy. If you are wondering what one has to do with the other, let me tell you. People who throw parties, or plan events in the UK love to do so outside, even though our weather is erratic as hell. And while they show concern and forethought for their esteemed guests, not so much is shown for the people providing the entertainment.
Unfortunately, those providing the entertainment are often stationary for long stints, and unable to roam from shaded area at will. So, while playing our hearts out, we are commonly doing so under a sweltering sun, in windy gusts, or poorly lit spaces. After experiencing this first hand enough times, you take measures to avoid such scenarios.
So, when I am booked for a gig, I enquire about the setting. If garden, deck, or any other reference is made, I recommend the rental of a large parasol and a table, for myself, and the rest of the players. Truly, these two things are necessary, and should be provided. But, usually they have been overlooked. So, then I point out the importance of such things, and I even offer to call the Funky Furniture Hire people to get a quote for the parasol and table hire items.

Hint, the most touted summer party item is the featured product of fire pit hire companies. The one thing about that is, well, there are not that many such companies. But, because they are not so easily located, this just seems to make them all the more fashionable, from what we can see.
The addition of a couple fire pits seems so simple an idea, yet is playing out big time this year. And, if they have been a hot ticket item for Spring and Summer, well all we can say is look out Fall and Winter. This means planning ahead, but that is just what you have to do when you want a feature when it is so popular.
Another thing that seems obvious, but could be easily overlooked, is ensuring your guests are present after the sun has set. If your event is a day thing, well the fire pits will be lovely, but if it crosses over into dusk, or night, they will be spectacular. See the Funky Furniture Hire site for fire pit and patio heater hire details.

Reports state this has been one of the most popular summers for garden furniture hire companies during this decade. Even though there have been several grim days, parties have pushed on, and festivals have had record-breaking attendance. Nothing is holding us back from ceasing the summer.
With quite a few weeks left in this season, and the weather improving, the events and parties will continue and additional last minute gatherings will naturally unfurl. So, if you have been pondering whether or not to schedule a garden activity, such as a drinks party, or bonfire, hesitate no longer. Get the wood piled up, and the blender out on the counter. I know Funky Furniture Hire, an outdoor furniture hire company, is still accepting orders. Savour every moment left.

Here is my request to any event furniture hire company interested in boosting their sales. My new favourite outdoor party decorations are colour block outdoor rugs. They define a space so nicely, and add colour too. Since I often organise events that take place on rooftops and gardens this along with garden bean bags have been super duper finds. It is wonderfully easy to call up my fave company and hire the bean bags, but now I am just waiting for a company to start hiring out the rugs too. Hopefully, someone reading this will see the sense in my plea. I mean it makes perfect sense, considering it is one more item to offer, plus it creates protection for the furniture they provide. Of course, if my go to bean bag hire company, Funky Furniture Hire, were to run with this idea this would please me to no end, hint, hint.

The greatest thing I have seen this winter at a party is a fire pit. Apparently, there are fire pit hire companies that provide these upon request along with other party supplies. It has been a while since I have been enamored with anything at a holiday party. Everything seems so overdone, or old school.
Though I have had no intention of hosting any parties in the near future, I might just reconsider. The fire pits I have seen are sleek and neutral enough to fit into any environment. So, I guess if I decide to do a little impromptu something they will work just fine with my set up. Right now it is still just a thought, but I think the pit is really something special and might just motivate me. Afterall, it probably is way past my turn according to my circle of friends.
When looking for a fire pit or patio heater hire company, I have been told Funky Furniture Hire does a good deal.

Chair hire companies in London are often pricier than those situated outside of the mighty city. This can be used to your advantage if you just know the way to go about it. Let me tell you why. No matter where the chairs are coming from they are going to be delivered to you, so that charge is going to exist one way or another. But, if you are outside of London, and the hire company is also, then you can avoid congestion charges and higher prices put on chairs stored within the city.
So the next time you need to contact a party or exhibition furniture hire company keep this in mind. The guys at Funky Furniture Hire taught me this, and in return for that favour I recommend their services to all my friends.

I was given the job of contacting event furniture hire companies for our annual summer office party. This was a new task for me, because usually I just organize the food. However, one of our new employees has a relative in the food industry so she was a shoe in for the job. Anyway, at first I was a bit peeved about having to figure out who to contact and so forth and so on. However, it only took a little internet research to find what I was looking for, and a pretty quick phone conversation with that one company.
In the end, this responsibility was less involved than my former one. In the past I had to find a new provider each and every year to keep things interesting. Then I had to select menus and fax changes, and make plenty of calls. I really hope that they let me do this part from here on out because one call to Funky Furniture Hire, a bean bag hire company, makes me happy.

Just last weekend I helped set up bean bags with a chair hire company at a wedding that was more impressive to me than any I have ever been invited to personally. The style of the wedding was more fun, and whimsical than any I have ever been to before. There was zero drama, and from what I observed, no stress either.
I imagine that the vibe itself was set with the layout. A gorgeous field of wildflowers surrounded the aisle and alter which were both lined with amazing bouquets and strings of crystals. The fragrance of the blossoms saturated the air, and the crystals caught the light in a way that refracted prisms of colour everywhere. Then the beanbag chairs added a feeling of relaxed comfort, but simultaneously added to the colour scheme.
The bride and groom wore converse tennis shoes with their tux and wedding gown. As did the best man, a border collie. The ceremony was simple, yet unbelievably romantic, since the bridal party members sang to the new couple. During the refrain the guests joined in too. Working for the London furniture hire, Funky Furniture Hire, may just make me see weddings in a whole new light.
